Thom Fougere Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

Thom Fougere Studio does not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. While we strive to provide correct information on colors, pictures, texts, and prices, typographical errors or omissions may occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock, we will provide the opportunity to cancel the order. Thom Fougere Studio reserves the right to change the content and information provided on the website at any time.

Thom Fougere Studio will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from information on this webshop or otherwise connected to the webshop. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.


ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until Thom Fougere Studio has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email, and your order will process within the stated lead time, typically 3-4 weeks thereafter. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information of your order via email.


PAYMENTS

Thom Fougere Studio will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. All charges are proforma and will be included in the final balance due notice. Thom Fougere Studio cannot be held responsible if carrier’s delivery is delayed.

If you do not pick up your package in the package shop in time or if the carrier fails to deliver at the address, we will receive your package back, and all costs will be held at your expense.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition, Thom Fougere Studio reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

This website is operated by Thom Fougere Studio. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Non-returnable items include made-to-order items, special orders, opened items, or items returned without their original packaging.

DAMAGE POLICY

In the event that your item arrives damaged, kindly contact us at info @ thomfougere.com without delay. If the shipping carton displays visible damage, please refuse delivery and get in touch with our customer service within 24 hours. If the damage is identified upon unpacking, promptly contact us, and we may request you to complete a damage claim form for expedited processing.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Signatures are mandatory for packages valued above $300 and all orders utilizing express shipping methods. Should your item be lost, stolen, or mis-delivered, please reach out to us at info @ thomfougere.com within two business days from the anticipated delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages and advise choosing a secure location for delivery where someone can accept the goods.
